Issue notice.

Ms. Tanu Priya Gupta accepts notice on behalf of the nonapplicant/respondent. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not oppose the prayer made in the application and does not wish to file a formal reply to the petition.

Learned counsel for the parties inform me that the arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 06.02.2017. 5.

I am further informed that the parties mutually agreed to the extension of time by a period of 6 months on 26.05.2017. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 175/2018

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter is at the stage of final arguments and therefore, they would require further extension of time by a period of 9 months.

The reason articulated for this long extension which is sought, is that, there is another reference before the same arbitral tribunal which is interconnected with this reference which relates to the termination of the Concession Agreement dated 03.06.2008. 8.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the assertions made in the application, the prayer made is allowed. 8.1 The period of 9 months will commence from 06.08.2018. 9.
