O R D E R

% 01.08.2018 It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is father of petitioner no.2; whereas respondent no. 3 is father of respondent no.2. Petitioners and private respondents are neighbours. Petitioner no.2 submits that presently she is 19 years old. Present FIR No. 1764/2015 under Section 363 IPC was registered against the respondent nos. 2 and 3 at police station Malviya Nagar, on the complaint of petitioner no.1.

Learned APP submits that charges have been framed under Sections 363/341 IPC by the trial Court.

Petitioners are present in Court.

They submit that they have settled their disputes with respondent nos. 2 and 3 amicably, therefore, they have no objection in case aforesaid FIR and

consequent proceedings are quashed. Affidavits of petitioners are on record to this effect.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
