% 17.08.2016 IA No.9931/2016 This is an application filed on behalf of the plaintiffs to delete defendant nos.1 to 5 and 7 from the array of parties as it is stated that the plaintiffs are no longer interested in proceeding against the said defendants. The application is allowed and defendant nos.1 to 5 and 7 are deleted from the array of parties.

IA No.9932/2016 This is a joint application filed by plaintiff no.1 and defendant no.6. The parties state that they have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 14.07.2016. The Settlement Agreement entails that defendant no.6 will place an order for the purchase of five licensed software

of AUTOCAD Inverter Pro Basic Support for a period of three years subscription. The parties further state that the Settlement Agreement has also been duly implemented. The agreement between the parties is lawful. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
