Mr.Santosh Kumar Tripathi, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent The application seeks modification of the order dated 22.08.2016, whereby the Court had directed that the writ petition be treated as a representation by the Director of Education and after giving due notice to the respondent school and the same be disposed-off within eight weeks from that date. The applicant seeks to be represented through counsel and similar opportunity to be represented through counsel, be accorded to school as

well. The right to effective representation cannot be denied to a party, who may feel handicapped to deal with the matters of law before the Authority concerned.

In the circumstances, the applicant shall be permitted to be represented through counsel before the Deputy Director, Education for pursuing her representation effectively. The same right shall be available to the respondent school as well.

It is ordered accordingly.

The order of 22.08.2016 stands modified in terms of the aforesaid directions.

The application stands disposed off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
