Mr. Siddhant Singh, who, appears on advance notice accepts notice on behalf of the judgment debtor.

Counsel for the respondent says that while he does not accept the assertions on merits made in the petition, he has no objection to the prayer made in the petition for extension of time.

The averments in the petition show that the arbitration proceedings were commenced by the learned arbitrator on 27.03.2017. 5.1 Thereafter, on 20.01.2018, with the consent of the parties, the time for concluding the arbitration proceedings was extended for a period of 6 months i.e. till 15.08.2018.

I am informed that the learned arbitrator has requested parties to seek extension of time till 30.11.2018.

As prayed by the counsel for the parties, time for pronouncement and publication of the arbitral award is extended till 30.11.2018. 8.
