% 08.03.2018 Learned counsel for the parties state that the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 20.02.2018. Pursuant to the Settlement

Agreement the first instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- each by way of demand draft has been paid to the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on record a copy of the settlement agreement dated 20.2.2018. Same is taken on record. It be sent to the Registry who may scan the same and place it on record.

Statement of the Managing Director of the respondent has been recorded separately. Respondent shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the statement. In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of.
