% 01.08.2018 Petitioner has alternative remedy to challenge the impugned order before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal. We, therefore, are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. We leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the said alternative remedy. We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on merits and petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court in case the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal dismisses the appeal. Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of. All pending applications are also disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
