% 01.08.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, the present FIR No.550/2015 under Sections 498A/406 IPC was registered at police station Jagat Puri. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes and prayed for quashing of the present FIR.

Settlement/Compromise Deed dated 2nd July, 2016 has been placed on record.

In view of the compromise arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, the FIR No.550/2015 under Sections 498A/406 IPC registered at police station Jagat Puri is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
