This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:

"a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 15.02.2013 issued by the Director (Education), Govt. of NCT of Delhi;..." 2.

The order dated 15.02.2013 was for the fee to be charged for the academic year 2012-13.
