It is noticed that there was no appearance on behalf the Petitioner on 2nd August, 2023, despite multiple calls. There has been no appearance on the Petitioner's behalf since then, as recorded in orders dated 18th January, 2024 and 1st March, 2024. Even today, the position remains the same. 2.

In light of the above, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present proceedings.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution.
