% 15.05.2018 Despite passover, none appears for the petitioner. The record shows that the matter has not proceeded from 01.08.2017 only because the petitioner at first kept requesting for time to file rejoinder affidavit and then finally on 22.03.2018 made a statement that she did not wish to file any rejoinder affidavit.

Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner was seeking a direction to respondent No.1/school to ensure the petitioner's admission in the academic session 2017-18.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
