% 08.07.2017 The tribunal has awarded an amount of Rs.4,53,957/- to appellant along with interest therein. This appeal is for enhancement. During negotiation both the parties have agreed that the insurance company shall pay an amount of Rs.3.5 lakhs over and above the amount so awarded by the learned tribunal payable by respondent No.3/HDFC. Let the amount be deposited within 30 days by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be payable from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the claimants after completion of formalities. In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this
appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
