% 20.09.2016 Mother of Nikki is present in person and states that she had spoken to Nikki on telephone in August, 2016. Nikki has got married and she is aware of the present proceedings. Nikki has stated that she would return only after the present proceedings are over. Nikki has expressed her anguish and anger on her photographs being published in the newspapers. In view of her statement, we had passed over the matter to enable the counsel for the petitioner to speak to the petitioner and take instructions. On second call, counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, if required and necessary.
