Since the impugned order (Annexure P-4) is cryptic one, therefore, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent to reconsider the impugned order and to pass a fresh speaking order on petitioners' appeal within a period of sixteen weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioners within four weeks thereafter, so W.P.(C) 8354/2018
