% 28.04.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant has submitted that earlier the bail application filed by the applicant, was dismissed by the Court of Sessions vide its order dated 19th September, 2015 and, thereafter, number of material changes in the circumstances took place which led to the filing of the present bail application. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present bail application to approach the court below in view of the changed circumstances.
