% 04.01.2017 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging an order whereby he had been transferred to Srinagar in Kashmir. The order of transfer was questioned on various personal reasons such as his own Kidney Transplant operation as also children's education. Pursuant to an order of this Court, the order of transfer was reconsidered and the petitioner has now been posted to Jammu, which is a family station with Super Speciality Clinic where the petitioner and all members of his family can be treated. It is stated that the

petitioner can also come for treatment to All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi, if required.

We find no reason to interfere.

It is pleaded that the petitioner's daughter is appearing in the board examination scheduled to be held in March, 2017. The petitioner shall positively join the post to which he has now been transferred within 1st April, 2017.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

A copy of the order of the transfer be served on the petitioner. INDIRA BANERJEE, J ANIL KUMAR CHAWLA, J JANUARY 04, 2017 mw
