% 09.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that on the oral directions of the Court, he has taken instructions from the respondents who have agreed to review the transfer order of the petitioner to join the 10th Battalion BSF at Tripura and posted him at Jammu where medical facilities to treat the illness of the wife of the petitioner are available. Learned counsel for the respondents further states on instructions that the petitioner can avail the joining time by 15 days. The said statement is taken on record.
In view of the statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
