% 29.01.2020 CM APPL. 55261/2019 (by R-1 for release of amount) This application seeks release of monies which are payable to the claimants after deducting Rs. 7.5 lacs alongwith interest accrued thereon. Of the amounts payable to the claimants, let Rs. 6 lacs be released right away to her to tide over her financial constraints. Let, the said amount be credited directly into an account maintained in a bank near her place of residence. The remaining amount, alongwith interest accrued thereon, be released to the beneficiaries of the Award in terms of the scheme specified therein.
