% 20.10.2016 Learned counsel on both sides jointly submit that the dispute has been amicably resolved by the parties in terms of the settlement agreement dated 04.10.2016 entered upon by the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the said settlement agreement having come on record on report made by the mediator. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in terms of the said settlement, she is under instructions to withdraw the present suit. The suit and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.
