% 25.10.2018 For the relief sought in this petition, a complaint (Annexure P-2 colly.) was sent to respondents on 5th July, 2018. According to learned counsel for petitioner, there is no response to the said complaint (Annexure P-2 colly.) from respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to second respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's complaint (Annexure P-2 colly.) within a period of four weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
