By these petitions, petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 134/2018 under Sections 308/506/34 IPG registered at PS Jagat Puri, Delhi on the complaint of one Harish Kumar Arora.

Allegations of the complainant in the FIR in question are that he had a dispute over money with Harender Verma and his son Praveen Verma for sometime. He stated that he had been receiving threats also from them. On BAIL APPLN. 1801/2018 1802/2018 Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.
29^ May, 2018 at around 1.00 PM complainant went to meet his brother at his house i.e. 61, South Anarkali, Jagatpuri, Delhi. At that time petitioners reached their and started beating the complainant with blows and kicks. When the complainant tried to enter his brother's house, they kneeled him on the ground and Praveen Verma caught hold of the complainant and Harender Verma hit him with a heavy object on the head. Though the nature of injury on the head is opined to be simple in nature, however, due to fracture in arm, injuries were opined to be grievous in nature. 3.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have already joined the investigation and also that the injured was discharged on the same day, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.
It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/- each with one surety bond each of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.
