% 14.12.2016 Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties have placed on record a settlement agreement dated 09.12.2016, along with an undertaking on behalf of Wing Commander R.K. Maheshwari (Retired), Vice President of Parsvnath Developers Limited. The same is taken on record. Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties urge that in view thereof, the present winding up petition be disposed of, in accordance with law. I have perused the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement dated 09.12.2016, as well as, the undertaking on behalf of Wing Commander R.K. Maheshwari (Retired). The settlement agreement arrived at between the parties is lawful and is hereby accepted.

The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said settlement agreement dated 09.12.2016, without demur.
