% 01.03.2018 IA No. 3020/2018 (under Order XIII Rule 9 read with Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff for return of original documents) Heard on IA.

Record perused. The suit filed by plaintiff has already been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.11.2016 with liberty to plaintiff to file again on the same cause of action. The matter was referred to Mediation cell at Delhi High Court for pre-suit mediation. The parties are reported to have mutually settled their dispute and signed an agreement dated 12.12.2017.

The original documents of plaintiff are no more required by this court. In view of the same, let the original documents be returned to plaintiff as per rules.

Plaintiff is directed to appear before Assistant Registrar (Original) on 9th March 2018, at 3:00 p.m. for acknowledgment of document.

IA stand disposed of accordingly.
