The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take such recourse as may be permissible in law. The learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection.

It has been further stated by the learned counsel for the appellant that he intends to file an application seeking de-sealing of the goods which are purported to have been sealed at the instance of the orders passed by the trial court.

As and when such an application is filed before the trial court, it is expected that the trial court should deal with the said application, after calling for the reply from the other side, as expeditiously as possible and preferably before 31.3.2016.

4.

With these observations, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
