% 22.08.2017 CM APPL. 19440/2017 The Registrar's report pursuant to the directions in order dated 17.07.2017 has been perused. It is hoped such neglect will not recur in future.

Mr. Amit Kumar Pandey, Advocate has filed his own affidavit in terms of the last order dated 17.07.2017. Since the appeal by the insurance company was withdrawn and disposed of accordingly by order dated 21.03.2016, the Tribunal's judgment dated 21.09.2011 would need to be enforced. Since the death of one of the claimants had occurred after the said judgment, the law of succession would apply with regard to the share of the deceased claimant. Appropriate steps may be taken in this regard. The application is disposed of.
