BAIL APPLN. 660/2017 Having regard to the fact that the prosecutrix was an adult person she being 26 year old and by her own showing she having come in contact with the applicant in the hope that he would assist her in clearing B.Ed. examination, she prima facie having been a consenting party to the physical relations that developed and since the case is still at the initial stages and likely to take up sometime to be proceeded with, a case for release on bail is made out.

The applicant is enlarged on bail in criminal case arising out of FIR No. 297/2016 under Sections 376/506 IPC of police station Harsh Vihar on he furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court, subject to the condition that he shall not tamper with evidence nor try to influence any of the witnesses.
