Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner intends to pursue the petition filed by the petitioner for quashing of the FIR before the Allahabad High Court and if he succeeds in the said petition he shall apply to the College for his reengagement as per law. Noting the above, the petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn.
