This writ petition claims to have been filed in public interest making a grievance that a complaint dated 20th January, 2017 made by the petitioner in respect of unauthorised construction in the subject property is not being responded to by the respondents. 2.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today as well.

It would appear that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of this writ petition which is hereby dismissed for default of appearance.
