% 21.07.2017 In compliance of order dated 04.05.2017, the petitioner has served the respondents through e-mail and placed on record an affidavit of service. None is present for the respondents. Accordingly, the respondents are deemed to be served.

By the present petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator. As per clause 31 of the Agreement between the parties dated 09.03.2016, there exists an arbitration clause between the parties. The parties are referred to Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The Arbitration proceedings will be held under the aegis of the said Centre.

The petitioner stands disposed of A copy of this order be sent to DIAC.
