W.P.(CRL) 1088/2017 The status report filed. The SHO police station Anand Parbat has verified and confirms that the wife of the petitioner delivered a child on 03.05.2017.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner with the new born baby are now back home residing at premises no.21/31, Prem Nagar-III, Nangloi, Delhi-110 041. Having regard to the nominal roll revealing that the petitioner came to be arrested on 21.08.2016, during the period of release on furlough in case FIR 594/2016 under Section 307, 353, 186 IPC of police station Begampur, no case for release on parole is made out. However, having regard to the fact that the wife of the W.P.(CRL) 1088/2017

petitioner has delivered a child, as now requested by the counsel on his behalf, it is directed that the petitioner shall be taken in custody to his residence to visit his wife and the new born baby during day time on 10.05.2017, his visit to be arranged in such a manner that he is able to spend atleast six hours with his family.
