% 02.12.2015 Suit is valued at Rs.21,00,000/- for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction. In view of the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, the suit has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (North District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (North District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi on 18th January, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith.
