1. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the Petitioner, and not disputed by learned counsel for the Revenue, that the Respondent No.l employer has, in fact, deposited the entire TDS amount with interest and penalty. A printout of the screenshot has been handed 'i over to learned counsel for the Revenue.

2. As a result, the notice dated 19"^ February 2013 and further notice dated Nil, received by the Petitioner in April 2014 (Annexure P-7), stating that an adjustment was being made against the refund found due to the Petitioner hereby stand quashed. The amount of refund will now be paid into the Petitioner's account, together with applicable interest, not later than four weeks from today. By:AMULYA
