% 09.12.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company, on instructions from the Managing Director of the company, states that the latter is willing to discharge the admitted outstanding liability in the amount of Rs.7,50,000/- to the petitioner, within four weeks from today. The undertaking on behalf of the Managing Director of the respondent company in this behalf, as aforesaid, be filed by way of an affidavit, before this Court, within a period of one week from today. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the present petition, in the event the undertaking as aforesaid, is not complied with by the Managing Director of the respondent company. Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
