17.04.2015 In the above captioned two petitions, quashing of FIR No. 201/2015 [in Cr!. M.C. No. 1525/2015] & FIR No. 202/2012 [in Crl.MC.No.1531I2015], both under Sections 308/323/324/34 and registered at police station Ranjit Nagar, Delhi is sought by petitioners on the basis of Compromise Deed of 7th April, 2015. With the consent of counsel for, the parties, above captioned two petitions are heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Notice.

Ms. Nishi Jam, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State accepts notice in both these petitions and submits that petitioner-accused of these FIRs are not forthcoming for investigation. Learned counsel for petitioners-accused submits that not only petitioners even the complainants of these cross FIRs are ready to join • investigation and they would be appearing before the Investigating Officers tomorrow i.e. on 18 th April, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when called.

Let the parties join investigation in these FIR cases and if the complainant party of both these FIRs come forward within a different version, then their supplementary statement be recorded by the Investigating Officer and thereafter, final report be filed within a period of four weeks.

With aforesaid observations, the , above captioned two petitions and applications are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail of the remedy, as available in the law, if need be. In case, Investigating Officer , chooses to proceed against the petitioners-accused then one week's notice in writing be given to them prior to their arrest. Dasti.
