% 10.11.2016 After some hearing, learned senior counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to withdraw the writ petitions. He states that the petitioner should be permitted to urge the issues with respect to validity of the reassessment along with merits. Liberty granted. In case the issue of reassessment validity is urged, the Assessing Officer and other authorities concerned shall decide the matter in a composite order.
