% 17.10.2017 CM No.37487/2017 The respondents have filed the present application, inter alia, praying that an order dated 18.09.2017 be modified to reflect that Mr Sarat Chandra, learned counsel had appeared on behalf of the respondents and arguments in the matter had been partly heard.

In this regard, it is clarified that the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.09.2017 and was partly heard. Mr Sarat Chandra had appeared on behalf of the respondents and had advanced arguments to counter the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner. The hearing was inconclusive and was continued on the next date. The order dated 18.09.2017 be read to reflect the above.
