% 08.05.2017 Petitioner had claimed the residential address of his sister Mrs. Sarita Dutt to be his residential address. During inquiry his sister has indicated that she has nothing to do with him and cannot take his responsibility. It is clear that her address cannot be that of the petitioner. This appears to have the reason why the petitioner's request to the State for similar relief was rejected on 07.06.2016.

The fact that the petitioner has given a wrong address in itself is a good reason not to grant any relief on the petition at hand. Dismissed.
