O R D E R

Mr. Prakash Chand, father of the deceased Harish Kumar is present in Court and submits that his wife has expired on 24th February, 2015. 2.
With respect to the amount directed to be transferred by the Registrar General to UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch in para 10 of the judgment dated 9th August, 2016, UCO Bank is directed to release the same to Prakash Chand by transferring the said amount in his savings bank account. 3.
With respect to the enhanced award amount in terms of the judgment dated 9th August, 2016, UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch, upon deposit of the same by New India Assurance Company Ltd. is directed to keep the said amount in 5 FDRs of equal amount for the periods 1 year, 2 years, 3
years, 4 years and 5 years.

The monthly interest on the FDRs shall be paid to Prakash Chand by transferring the same in his individual savings bank account. 5.
At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be automatically credited in the individual savings bank account of Prakash Chand.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the Prakash Chand.

No cheque book or debit card be issued to the claimant/respondent no.1 without permission of this Court.
8.
No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.
9.
Prakash Chand is at liberty to approach this Court for release of further amount in case of any financial exigency. 10.
These appeals have already been disposed of on 9th August, 2016 and need not be listed again.
11.
The statutory amount be released to New India Assurance Company Ltd. after the deposit of the enhanced award amount. 12.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
