Present appeal has been preferred by the appellant - Prem Wati to challenge the legality and correctness of a judgment dated 29.11.2012 in CC No.1323/1/08 under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act whereby the respondent was acquitted. The appeal to challenge the said order resulted in dismissal. 3.

It was informed on the previous date of hearing that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre. The Mediation Report dated 19.01.2016 is on record. It appears that for that reason, the parties have not put appearance. 4.

The parties seem not interested to pursue the appeal. It is dismissed for non-prosecution.
