Dehors the reliefs claimed in the writ petition it is agreed that the petitioner, a Lab Assistant, confines the relief claimed to the petitioner being considered in accordance with the recruitment rules for appointment to the post of TGT (Social Science). 2.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by observing that the respondent no. 3 will consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of TGT (Social Science) in accordance with the recruitment rules as applicable to aided schools such as the respondent no. 3 and on complying with the same. W.P.(C) 8878/2008
