BAIL APPLN. 1557/2016 Complainant has specifically alleged in the FIR that on 10th July, 2016 at about 4:30, he was standing near Pahalwan Dhaba when petitioner along with co-accused came there.

One of the co-accused gave a kick blow to him, as a consequence whereof he fell down on the ground. When he got up and tried to go away, the petitioner and his accomplices restrained him and gave beatings.

His gold chain and `15,000/- fell down and have been stolen by them.

Learned APP states that stolen articles have to be recovered. Keeping in mind the serious allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Application is dismissed.
