CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 02.08.2016 Crl. M.A. No. 11707/2016 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. BAIL APPLN. 1548/2016 Complainant has specifically alleged in the FIR that on 10th July, 2016 at about 4:30, he was standing near Pahalwan Dhaba when petitioner along with his co-accused came there and gave beatings to him. When he tried to run away, they also restricted the movement of complainant and thereafter, beat him.

In the incident, his gold chain and `15,000/- fell down. These articles were stolen by the said persons.

Learned APP states that stolen articles have yet to be recovered. Keeping in mind the serious allegations made by the complainant

against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Application is dismissed.
