This reflects that Hari Narain Pal S/o Hari Dutt who had been convicted in CC No.01/2010 under Section 120B/409/419/420/467/471 of the IPC r/w Section 13(1) and 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act had been released on jail on 12.06.2014 after the completion of his entire sentence. The appellant is present in person. He is represented through his counsel. As he has served his entire sentence, the appeal has become infructuous. It is disposed of accordingly.
