% 24.02.2016 The Arbitral Tribunal has commenced the proceedings, as per the learned counsel for the petitioner who says that in view thereof, the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. However, counsel says that the interim order already passed on 9th December, 2013 be continued until it is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator. No one appears on behalf of the respondents when the matter is taken up.

There is a force in the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The interim order dated 9th December, 2013 shall continue during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings.

Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application, if necessary, for modification or vacation of the said order.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
