% 29.05.2017 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.4, 5 & 6 submits that all the belongings of the petitioner including her educational certificate shall be given to her within a period of 7 days from today. On such assurance, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

It is made clear that all the belongings of the petitioner including her educational certificates shall be returned to her. In case, it is not returned, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again. The writ petition is, therefore, permitted to be withdrawn.
