% 09.01.2019 As per office report, court fees paid by plaintiff is sufficient. Written statement filed by defendants 1 to 3. Vakalatnama filed by counsel for defendant No.4.
Learned counsel for defendant No.4 submits that written statement to the suit of plaintiff is ready however, in the absence of supply of coloured copy of photographs, she is not in a position to file the same. Coloured copy of photographs supplied to counsel for defendant No.4 in the Court today. Same be also supplied to counsel for defendants 1 to 3 against proper receipt. Let written statement be filed by defendant No.4 in the registry during course of the day as submitted.
Affidavit for admission/denial of documents be filed by defendants within two weeks with advance copy to counsel for plaintiff.
Plaintiff shall file replication alongwith affidavit for admission/denial of documents within four weeks. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that since no documents have been filed by defendants 1 to 3 alongwith their written statement therefore, there is no requirement for plaintiff to file any affidavit for admission/denial of documents qua defendants 1 to 3. Both the parties are ready and willing to settle their dispute amicably through the process of mediation. They request to refer the matter to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. Accordingly, as jointly prayed by counsel for both the parties, instant matter is hereby referred to Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre for exploring the possibility for amicable settlement of dispute between the parties.
Parties are directed to appear before Incharge, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 17.01.2019 at 3:00 PM. Renotify for settlement of dispute between the parties, if any otherwise for completion of pleadings and marking of exhibits to the documents on 15.03.2019.
