% 02.08.2017 EX.P. 349/2011 & EA (OS) 326/2013(direction) Learned counsel for the decree holder, under instructions from Mr Shrayansh Rastogi, the Authorized Representative of the decree holder, submits that the entire payment has been received and the decree stands satisfied.

Learned counsel for the judgment debtors, under instructions from son of Mr Darshan Singh Sawhney, Judgment Debtor No.4 herein, who is present in Court, submits that the title deeds of the properties, that were mortgaged, have been released and have been handed over to the judgment debtors.

In view of the above, satisfaction of the decree, i.e. arbitration award dated 11.04.2011 is recorded.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
