% 13.04.2017 Upon being informed by the learned standing counsel (criminal) for State that the order of the Magistrate directing FIR to be registered on application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. of the petitioner has been challenged by way of revision petition before the court of Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) and the said Sessions Court presided over by ASJ, Special Judge, CBI-II, New Delhi by his order dated 03.04.2017 has stayed the direction in the order of the Magistrate, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits he would appear and pursue the matter before the revisional court and thus withdraws the petition. The petition as well as the pending applications stand dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J.
