% 10.02.2016 CM Appln. No.4810/2016 This application has been moved on behalf of the petitioner / applicant praying for release of the amount stated to have been deposited by the petitioner in terms of the orders passed by this Court on 01.10.2014. It is stated that while granting stay on 01.10.2014, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit the awarded amount with the Registrar General of this Court in CM Appln. No.16153/2014. The applicant is stated to have deposited a sum of Rs.1,02,424/- by way of a demand draft bearing No.005822, dated 29.10.2014. Ultimately, the ex-parte Award was set aside by this Court on 18.08.2015 and the matter remanded to the Labour Court. Looking to the circumstances, and since no further conditions have been attached to the aforesaid amount stated to have been deposited by the petitioner / applicant with the Registrar General of this Court, I consider it

appropriate to direct the Registry to release the aforesaid amount along with any interest that may have accrued thereon, after complying with the necessary formalities, within two weeks from today. It is ordered accordingly.

The application is disposed off.
