O R D E R

% 02.07.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 28th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as recorded in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Parties shall remain bound by the terms of "Mark C-1". Today in Court, two demand drafts for `14.85 lacs in the name of defendant no. 1 and for `2.70 lacs in the name of defendant no. 2 have been handed over by the plaintiff to defendant nos. 1 and 2, in terms of Clause 7(i) and (ii) of "Mark C-1". Defendant nos. 1 and

2 are present in Court and admit that this payment is in terms of "Mark C1". Though it is not mentioned in "Mark C-1" but it is agreed by and between the parties that settlement also covers the police complaints, which shall also be withdrawn by the parties. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, suit as well as counterclaim is disposed of. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, court fee affixed on the plaint be returned to the plaintiff and court fee affixed on the counterclaim be returned to defendant no. 1. Necessary certificates in this regard be issued by the Registry.
